Company Description
Global Rescue is seeking individuals to rapidly deploy to work on current operations in support of our efforts fighting the COVID-19 outbreak. The position is a contractor role for up to the next 180 days in various locations throughout the United States, including our U.S. Operations Center in New Hampshire.

Responsibilities
Primary function will be to design, organize, build out a temporary but robust operations center on the US East Coast to support reception of large numbers of travelers entering the US that may require quarantine, medical support and / or onward travel support to final destination
Additional functions are to plan, execute, lead global medical evacuation operations. Subsets of that duty include asset development, protocol development, maintaining a trained and ready force, assisting clients with their planning needs
Must have sufficient experience to integrate security, law enforcement, logistics and other government experts into operations in support of all client requests
Must be prepared to manage accommodations and associated support for a workforce of 60 personnel and 2000 clients. Support could include contracting hotels / dormitories, feeding, sanitation, digital connectivity infrastructure, transportation, additional contracted workforce.
Must be prepared to interface with geographically dispersed headquarters and peer organizations located on the US West coast and overseas.
Must be capable of representing Global Rescue in front of senior leaders of Global 500 companies.
Develop, implement, and manage training programs to maintain operational readiness
Must have sufficient security experience to respond to client security situations until the security team can assume lead
Must be comfortable leading teams from an operations center environment

Ideal Qualifications
Private sector management and leadership experience
BA/BS Required; MBA desired
Previous medical experience required
Military experience preferred / special operations experience value added
Demonstrated leadership skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Efficient time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills
Highly energetic and motivated, able to lead operations outside of normal work hours when required
Attention to detail and follow-through
Robust personal and professional international travel experience preferred
Second language is value added

Compensation: Day rate based on experience
