Small, well-established residential and commercial real estate investment/development firm in the Portland Metro area is looking to hire an Asset Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee properties being managed by outside property management and development firms. The oversight responsibilities include investor reporting, construction management, review of property management reports and reporting to the management team. Asset strategy, performance projection and bench marking are also key performance points of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree, with at least three years of experience at an asset management level. Experience with construction and/or development is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important in this role. Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is a must. Analytical problem-solving capability will be critical when brainstorming with the management team.
