Senior Accountant – Full charge responsibility for 18 general ledgers for a real estate development and investment company. Responsibilities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly close, intercompany reconciliation, bank and loan reconciliations, cash flow analysis/projection, construction draws and payroll.
Qualified candidate will have at least four years experience managing a start to finish accounting process, good communication skills, ability to work independently and as a part of a small team of professionals. A degree in accounting is desirable, but specific work experience can suffice.
Creating good policies and procedures, and the ability to critically think about ownership and cash flow are both very important. Experience with management reporting will be required.
