The Wholesale Business Process Management group is searching for mid-senior level Process Architects to support design and improvement initiatives within Wells Fargo’s Wholesale Banking Group.
Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-entity, major LOB or multi-Business Line/group process redesign / transformation initiatives that encompass an end-to-end analysis and future state redesign, requiring application of specialized knowledge or skills critical to the redesign efforts. Identifies and manages stakeholders, including cross-entity members, to execute engagements. Produces new process improvement techniques and services. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Ensures appropriate application of cultural focus, tools, and/or statistical approach. Coaches multiple redesign teams in six sigma or related process and tools. Drives business awareness of and advocates for process-first approach to solving problems and transforming the business. May provide training and act as a mentor to less experienced team members.
As a BPM Process Architect you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the actual work of reconciling existing process inventories with the business leaders and process owners to identify and scope LOB/SBU processes at a process level. Capture process alignment to Wells Fargo Process Classification Framework that is baselined with APQC taxonomy, and coordinating priority stratification activities with the risk team. Prepares all inventory materials for review/approval sessions with business leaders. Identify and capture process relationships to business and technical elements. Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Process Librarians for managing inventory and object change control in iGrafx.
Position Requirements:
 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics and/or engineering); or LEAN/Six Sigma Black belt and 7+years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics and/or engineering)
