It is an exciting time to be part of Wells Fargo’s Wholesale Banking Team as we transform our organization to be simpler, stronger and smarter. The Process Engineer for Business Process Definition (BPD) is an addition to our growing team. It is under the Wholesale Business Process Management (BPM) organization, and will report to the Business Process Definition Process Engineer Manager. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with definition and documentation of processes across Wholesale Banking.
Key responsibilities include:
 Supporting Process Engineer Associates with enhancing process modeling skills
 Assist architects and other engineers with fulfilling process definition through modeling
 Support BPM factory by supplementing modeling design needs when appropriate, to help achieve the desired modeling outcomes
 Use Six Sigma / Lean skills and methodology to build superior capabilities that meet the demands of multiple stakeholders
Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
Position Requirements:
 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics and/or engineering); or LEAN/Six Sigma Black belt and 5+years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics and/or engineering)
