This position shall conduct Analysis and PED of ISR assets across multiple intelligence domains including both ground and airborne sensors. The contractor shall develop ISR training materials and provide on-the-job training and mission qualification training to support PED operations. The contractor shall conduct technical and operational analysis. The contractor shall provide cryptologic support through collection and reporting of both ground-based and airborne ISR sensors. The contractor shall provide in-depth analytical research and gather, collate, analyze, fuse, and report on allocated ISR activity in support of the assigned mission of the supported organization. The contractor shall perform serialized dissemination in accordance with national IC standards across multi-domain networks utilizing various national- and theater-level storage, retrieval databases, and tools. In particular, the contractor shall provide the following support:
a. Perform RC-135 SIGINT analysis
b. Perform PED to include, but not limited to, SIGINT and big data analytics; exploit and report data from ISR sensors and platforms.
c. Perform/train on data mining and research analysis applications and technology.
d. Perform/train national IC reporting databases and standards.
e. Correlate and fuse information using at least two intelligence sources and provide tailored regionally focused intelligence to support U.S. and partner nations.
f. Generate analysis and serialized reports that provide global/regionally focused intelligence updates to support mission operations.
Minimum Qualification Include:
Bachelors' degree. Bachelor's degree may be waived in lieu of an Associates' degree plus seven years' of experience or no degree plus nine years' of experience
TS/SCI clearance or Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Operational RC-135 experience
