Summary
Responsible to provide support to real estate brokers through business development to accomplish lead generation and secure client relationships for the firm.
Responsibilities
- Prospect in order to generate new business meetings. Prospecting will be done primarily
through phone canvassing - Generate new leads for prospecting
- Pre-call planning and research activities
- Client relationship maintenance (Stay relevant, top of mind, keep on top of changes in client
org) - Act as liaison between the client and other brokers involved in the project to ensure that
information flow is effective and timely between all parties
Requirements
- Strong desire to prospect and develop new business
- Bachelor Degree
- Relevant sales experience through phone prospecting
- Ability to procure and maintain real estate salesperson’s license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Desire and ability to establish and solidify client relationships with a long-term perspective
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- Desire to learn and grown both professionally and personally
