Summary

Responsible to provide support to real estate brokers through business development to accomplish lead generation and secure client relationships for the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect in order to generate new business meetings. Prospecting will be done primarily
    through phone canvassing
  • Generate new leads for prospecting
  • Pre-call planning and research activities
  • Client relationship maintenance (Stay relevant, top of mind, keep on top of changes in client
    org)
  • Act as liaison between the client and other brokers involved in the project to ensure that
    information flow is effective and timely between all parties

Requirements

  • Strong desire to prospect and develop new business
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Relevant sales experience through phone prospecting
  • Ability to procure and maintain real estate salesperson’s license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Desire and ability to establish and solidify client relationships with a long-term perspective
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills
  • Effective listening and critical thinking skills
  • Desire to learn and grown both professionally and personally
