Job Description
The Program Scheduler 3 position has principal responsibility within the company for the integrity of integrated master schedules (IMS) and individual project schedules on assigned projects/programs. The scheduler will work as an integral part of the Program Analytics organization and project management team creating, maintaining, and monitoring the project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Responsible for Program Management Baselines, Integrated Master Plans, and Integrated Master Schedules for multi-million dollar production and development programs. This position develops, validates, and maintains (possible) resource loaded schedules; provides resource demand data, prepares task performance analysis and associated reports SRA, and assists in the oversight of schedule metrics. The Project Schedule Analyst works closely with financial analysts on programs requiring Earned Value to establish and maintain cost/schedule integration and will be adding and balancing financial weights on tasks for end of month contract performance payments .Please send resume to Bob Vargas ( rvargas@datrose.com

Required Experience
6 Years of experience in program planning and control and/or scheduling work, business management, or program/project management, and earned value management. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience may be accepted. Demonstrated experience with direct interfacing to Program Managers and Project Team Members in analyzing cost/schedule performance especially on programs requiring Earned Value to estimate and maintain cost/schedule integration. Requires working knowledge of issues involved in structuring new processes, strong quantitative abilities, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated leadership in coordinating various activities designed to ensure timely project milestone completion and in ensuring the development of a compliant IMS with internal program procedures and DI-MGMT-81861A (integrated Master Schedule Data Item Description). Prior work experience creating and/or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and any Supporting Schedules on assigned projects/programs; creating and presenting project-level reports, presentations and deliverables that reflect risk and status to program management and senior management relating to the IMS. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Project, project scheduling methodologies and schedule development interviewing techniques. TS/SCI Security Clearance is required

Desired Skills
Experience performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) utilizing monte-carlo based tools with the program schedule. Working knowledge of resource loaded scheduling and is proficient in the use of the automated scheduling tool, Microsoft Project 2010. Good basic knowledge of current accounting systems and procedures, working knowledge of C.A.S., F.A.R., and sound business management principles and techniques. Working knowledge of issues involved in structuring new processes, strong quantitative abilities, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. VBSS Greenbelt certification recommended. Previous Defense Industry and/or Military experience is desired
