We are looking for people that are not afraid of sales to educate customers on our services, answer questions by phone as well as via live chat, and take orders from Spanish/ English-speaking customers.
We are hiring for part-time and full-time representatives.
YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIRMENTS (no exceptions):
Speak, Read, and Write in Spanish and English fluently. Portuguese language skills are a plus!

We sell barcodes and barcode products such as graphic design and label printing in addition to selling song identification services for the music industry. We primarily serve startup, small, and mid-size businesses. Our specialty is helping companies bring their products to the market by walking them through the barcoding process.
We are a small business. The environment is casual yet professional. We work together closely and depend on each other in order to offer our clients superior service. Punctuality in arriving at work and leaving for and returning from lunch breaks is a must. Work schedules are set and the monthly pay structure is salary for full-timers and hourly for part-timers.

Success as a Representative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required languages are essential to success as a Representative and also computer savviness.
Areas of Expertise
You must be completely comfortable multitasking (using the phone and computer simultaneously to help our team communicate with potential clients) in order to succeed in this job.
No experience with barcoding or music industry is necessary.
Previous experience in customer support, sales, or telemarketing preferred
Polished professional writing skills
Proven comfort with MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)
Must be Internet savvy and comfortable with using the Web as a research tool
Must have a high standard of accountability and demonstrate level of concern for work output
A team player with a positive attitude
Salaried and Hourly Pay: Depending on experience. Healthcare allowance and bonuses provided after probationary period.
