Doctor.com is now recruiting a new squad of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Our SDR program is known throughout NYC as one of the most challenging and transformational entry-level sales programs. Every time we recruit a new squad, hundreds apply and less than 10 are selected.

There’s a reason this role is so coveted. It is open to anyone who is fanatically driven, regardless of education level or prior experience, and within two years you will have a skill set that is always in demand, and virtually guaranteed to give you six-figure earning potential for the rest of your life (starting with the opportunity to join the Practice Consultant team at Doctor.com, where top reps make over well into six-figures/year)

BUT…Before you fire over your resume, you should fully understand what will be expected of you. THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. In fact, it’s not a good fit for most people. If you aren’t absolutely committed to building a lucrative and empowering career in sales, please stop reading this now. If the idea of making thousands of phone calls every month, constantly battling rejection and struggling to hit ambitious goals sounds like too much pressure, this role is not for you.

Here’s what to expect…

  • You will be joining one of the most formidable sales teams ever assembled in the healthcare industry. We have been fortunate to attract and retain the best of the best from other leading companies in our space while also forging incredible talent of our own through our SDR program.

  • You will be cross-trained in every aspect of high-level sales, from cold calling to social selling to consultative relationship-building. We will delve into buyer psychology, objection handling, and pipeline management. We will record and analyze your calls, coach you through challenges, and slowly but surely instill within you the superpower that is absolute mastery of your craft as a salesperson. Our training programs draw inspiration from top performing teams in other industries, from FBI hostage negotiators to grandmaster chess players to the Navy SEALs. The people teaching you have all “been in the trenches” themselves and can walk the walk. They will push you hard to be the best and your day-to-day will be intense. But you will not be alone. You will have an incredible support network comprised of your peers, managers, and company leadership, every single one of whom will be rooting for you to succeed and level-up.

  • You will be expected to make a ton of phone calls (100+/day) and to be rigorous in your use of systems like Salesforce.com. We expect that you will have a basic level of computer literacy and comfort with the basics like Office suite/Google Docs, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
