​Vivid Seats keeps growing! In 2018, we continue to add senior leadership, recently to our Operations Center and our Sales team.

Our goals this year include an improved buying experience for our customers, an increase in sales, and new commission incentives for our Inbound Sales Executives, that's where you come in!

We are looking for motivated sales professionals to work with a variety of customers and help fans attend their favorite events. You'll be responsible for taking inbound calls, listening to customer's needs, helping them find the best seats, and finalizing their purchase.

Job Description:

The Sales team is at the core of our operations. Our Inbound Sales Executive sincerely enjoy talking about live events and following trends in the event ticket industry. Our Specialists close thousands of sales each year, for events all around the country. Whether it be a super fan living a lifelong dream of going to the Big game, a family experiencing the next hit on Broadway, or a group of friends seeing their favorite band live, our sales team is here!

Our Inbound Sales Executives take inbound calls from fans (that's right no cold calling). The goal is to close every call with a sale and to ensure our customers get the perfect tickets every time!

We offer a starting salary of $14/hour + bonus (monthly bonuses based on individual goals and performance). Target first year salary of $40,000+.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers looking to purchase tickets and assist them in completing their order
Utilize sales techniques to professionally assist customers through the selection and purchases process
Consistently provide excellent, polite, and courteous service to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Reach out to customers to follow-up on open orders
Develop expertise with live events and varying venues across all across the country
Continuously look for ways to help improve our processes and customer experience

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred
1+ years of experience in metric driven sales, retail, service, or similar industries
Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
A desire to learn and develop sales skills, and the motivation to continue developing professionally
Natural ability to go above and beyond to solve the customer's concerns
Willingness to work flexible schedule - requires one weekend day per week and some evening shifts.
