The Senior Manager - Security is responsible for the enterprise industrial security program providing oversight and leadership for the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) across all Raytheon facilities, including subsidiary locations. This position is responsible for leading the industrial security team to ensure alignment with the enterprise core capabilities, vision, mission, and goals. Collaboration internally and externally, across Raytheon businesses and the government program offices, is essential to understand program requirements and meet business and security objectives. This position serves as a subject matter expert in the area of industrial security, interprets government security requirements, and develops strategies for the implementation of security processes, ensuring mission success through proactive security support.

Responsibilities include:

•Oversight and leadership of the industrial security program at all Raytheon facilities, including subsidiary locations.
•Providing senior level liaison with the Defense Security Services (DSS), National Background Investigations Bureau (NBIB), and other government agencies as well as with internal customers, ensuring consistent enterprise messaging and collaboration.
•Develops and implements strategy for security leaders, ensuring consistent processes, practices, and procedures in accordance with government requirements.
•Establishing policies and providing guidance and direction to managers working to solve complex problems.
•Collaborates across Raytheon, industry, and government agencies to share best practices and lessons learned. Makes decisions and provides input that impact. Maintains active membership and participation in industry groups.
•Co-supervises five business level direct reports and has overall responsibility for the Raytheon Industrial Security program. Coordinates with Business Security Directors to conduct performance and interim reviews, directs and evaluates work products, and provides recommendations for growth and development opportunities.
•Ensuring continuous communication and collaboration with Business level direct reports to facilitate the effective implementation and oversight of the NISP across the enterprise as well as compliance with, all Global Security Services policies, standards, processes, and systems.
•As a member of the Raytheon Global Security Services leadership team, actively participates in decision making that impacts the function and the company.
•Partners with the other enterprise core capability leads in Physical Security, Information Assurance Cyber, International Security, Investigations/Counter Intelligence, and Special Programs to understand strategic business drives and develop solutions to ensure mission success.
•Provide functional guidance and oversight to the centralize clearance processing center to help ensure success.

Required Skills:

•Minimum of 12 years’ experience in managing and implementing security program requirements.
•Uncompromising integrity and ethics and a demonstrated ability to deliver global security excellence.
•Demonstrated subject matter expertise in managing and implementing an industrial security program with extensive knowledge of the NISPOM, JPAS, NSA COMSEC Manual and other government directives and systems.
•Effective leadership capabilities with experience leading a large and diverse organization.
•Experience working in team-oriented and collaborative environment with the ability to engage and influence a variety of individuals internal to the company as well as external customers and industry contacts.
•Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience working with executive level management.
•Strong Project Management skills with excellent organizational abilities and an attention to detail and prioritization.

Security Clearance Requirements:

•Possess a minimum of a final Top Secret security clearance with a current background investigation.
