Pyramid Hotel Group is conducting a search for a project manager to be based in its Boston, MA offices. The position requires at least 5 years design and construction project management, encompassing both new and renovation projects. Experience with hospitality projects is preferred but not required. Duties will include but not be limited to the following:

  • solicit and coordinate design team proposals and contracts
  • conduct pre-bid meetings for upcoming projects
  • solicit and coordinate contractor proposals
  • solicit and coordinate other consultant proposals, such as engineering, purchasing, etc
  • supervise and monitor progress of each consultant and contractor on selected projects
  • interact with hotel teams, home office personnel as needed to execute duties
  • other duties as may be reasonably required
  • occasional travel will be required
