About Ron
My current position is the Director of the Babb Center for Student Professional Development. I assist students in "transforming from student to professional". I do this through a program that consists of workshops and activities like skill-based resume writing, interview skills, networking practice, job searching, LinkedIn Training, etc. I also served as the Director of Career Services for 15 years, prior to accepting my current position.
Prior to accepting a position in higher education, I worked in the business sector in areas such as College Recruiting, Human Resources, Training & Development, Sales, and Operations Management.
