About Hayden
I am a passionate and driven leader that focuses my leadership style using empathy as my guide. I have been serving as a Infantryman for the past 6 years of of my life. I have developed critical skills that has allowed me to excel and achieve my goals within my military career. I have recently made the decision to exit the military service and pursue a career in IT Project Management. I am preparing for this next step by gaining a fundamental knowledge of software development through the Microsoft Software & Systems Academy (MSSA). I have also been diving head first into the agile methodologies and scrum framework, I have obtained my Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance. I plan on taking the PMP exam mid December.
