About Tyler
I enlisted in the Navy in 2013 and have been serving as a SEAL ever since. I will be ending my service in November of this year and looking forward to beginning a new career I am equally passionate about.
I graduated from Fairfield University in 2008 with a major in business. I spent some time after college working as an IT Sourcing Analyst and for several more years as a Licensed Realtor. Having always had a strong desire to serve our country I knew I couldn't wait any longer. I enlisted later than most (27 years old), but my experiences prior to serving were invaluable.
I enjoy building meaningful relationships and working in team oriented environments. I would consider myself a natural leader. From being a site lead on a deployment all the way back to captaining every sports team I played on, I have always happily assumed the responsibility of leadership.
I have also always appreciated great leadership. From teachers, to coaches, to dedicated chiefs in the Navy, quality leadership is a teams most valuable resource. It is something I look to surround myself with and learn from.
I have a clear understanding of what I value the most and what is most important to me in this stage of my life.
