About Courtney
Hello! My name is Courtney Hook and I'm in the process of transitioning from Active Duty (Navy). Prior to commissioning as a Naval Officer, I attended the United States Naval Academy (USNA) where I played Varsity Soccer for four years and studied Economics. In May 2017, I commissioned as a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO). While onboard my first ship I spent a lot of time at sea and completed a 7-month deployment. While onboard I had the pleasure to directly lead up to 26 sailors, which allowed me to hone in on my passion of helping/leading others. I'm looking forward to further developing my passions and exploring new ones in my new career.
