About Eric

I am an accomplished retired senior NCO with 25 years of comprehensive and demonstrated leadership experience in recognizing the value of human capital, cross-functional team management, and building cultures that encourage empowerment and the will to thrive. I firmly believe that we should never forget where we come from!

Since retirement, I built a successful career in the Veteran advocacy space with a special focus on Veteran and milspouse employment. In my last role, I was the Manager of Military Engagement for ACP. After being called into ministry, I am now the Georgia Director of Ministry for Warriors Set Free.

Warriors Set Free guides active-duty Service Members, Veterans, and first responders in growing their faith, healing from the past, and winning on life’s battlefield.

At WSF we aim to reduce the long-term effects of PTS and to attack the Veteran suicide pandemic plaguing OUR community through the introduction to the Gospel, a look at walking out your faith, and by providing a way to freedom from the darkness we have all carried.
