About Dan
I am the Program Manager (PM) for Raytheon Engineering, Test & Evaluation services to the National Leadership Command Capabilty (NLCC) through the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Systems Engineering and Integration Office (JSEIO). Prior to this position I was the PM and Facilities Manager for GRUNTWORKS Squad Integration Facility providing Human Factors Engineering and Experimentation support to the Marine Corps Systems Command Marine Expeditionary Rifle Squad team. I started with Raytheon after retiring from the Marine Corps in 2002 and was initially a Mission Analyst at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Dahlgren where I first stepped into the role of PM leading a team in Risk Analysis and program support as the Department of Defense first stood up the Critical Infrastructure Protection Program (DCIP) under the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Global Security.
