About Rich
I most recently served as the CFO and CAO of Tierra Dynamic Company (TDC). TDC was a privately owned, integrated environmental services company. TDC provides engineering and scientific consultation to public, private,
and not-for-profit clients. I have completed this assignment and returned to my coaching and consulting practice.
I am the lead Principle at Horizon Management Consulting, which is a financial and management consulting firm specializing in cost control, running IT as a business and operational efficiency. I am also an Alliance Partner with Houston Partners International, a performance improvement organization, specializing in executive coaching in areas related to finance.
Previously, I was a Managing Director with Deutsche Bank for ten years, where I held the position of CFO for Global Technology and Operations (GTO) and Support Divisions. These functions covered about 23,000 internal and external employees around the globe and had an annual operational budget of about 7B €.
I joined Deutsche Bank in 1998, after a 16-year career at AT&T. I started my career at AT&T after a four-year auditing career with Price Waterhouse where I earned my CPA certificate. At AT&T I held a variety of financial and operational assignments.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with honors, at Villanova University in Pennsylvania in 1979.
I am member of the AICPA and the New Jersey Society of CPA's.
I give my time as the Chairman of the Arizona Small Business Association Business Mentoring Program.
I reside in Arizona with my wife Susan.
