About Ralph
I am a coach for Mortgage Loan Officers and Their Managers, both Branch and Senior people.
In this regard, my clients set goals for themselves, with my input, and then after an agreed upon strategy, I hold them accountable to those strategies and goals. The key is accountability.
I have known where my forte lies for a very long time and this is my calling.
Even as a High School teacher, fresh out of College, it quickly became apparent that my special abilities should be directed at helping others succeed. I fought this by becoming a salesman in the real estate, then the mortgage industry because of adoration for my father who owned his own mortgage company. My belief was and still is, that the mortgage industry is the embodiment of all that was the best in me, especially the need to help people.
My gift originates in being able to make complicated things sound simple. My hearts desire is to help people understand how to apply seemingly complicated ideas of an action plan, to achieve the desired success levels that they espouse .
Coaching requires the capacities of psychology, patience, understanding, interest, prodding, humor, instruction, follow-up and persistence. I have many clients that have attested to my depth of these qualities.
Coaching is a necessary part of any corporate business plan, yet the one part of the business plan that is most often ignored. The reason it is most important is that when done properly, it includes building a personal business plan, establishing marketing initiatives, personal evaluation, motivation, organization and a constant reminder, by the coach to remain positive and help others to follow through.
