About Jody

I have extensive experience as an executive management professional building, motivating and leading large cross functional organizations and managing teams of people, while supervising projects and executing complex programs and projects that delivered exceptional results while working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Most recently, I was the program director for international military exercises at US Central Command for three years. I have a Master’s degree in Management, and completed my Project Management Professional certification with Syracuse University as part of my military transition.

I would like to apply the expertise that I have acquired during my military career to a new mission with a Technology, Manufacturing, or Service industry company here in the greater Tampa Bay area as their Director of Operations or as a Program Manager, to help them achieve superior results.

I have a strong background in organizational leadership and program management, with proven ability to operate decisively, lead, inspire, and deliver results consistently for stakeholders and customers to help them achieve superior results.
