I have 5 years enlisted, 8 years as an Army National Guard officer, and 20 years active duty. I have spent most of my life fixing, improving or designing processes; lots and lots of projects managed, but most were about processes. I have received 4 Meritorious service medals, 2 Commendation medals, and 1 Achievement Medal. I have conducted operations in 6 countries. I have 2 Masters Degrees.
