About Alva

I’m a freelance multi-disciplinary project management specialist who’s delivered creative and engaging solutions for projects that are within the oil and energy field. Previously, I was a construction hand at Richard Construction Inc., where I managed the material needs of the client and the project assigned. Assisted the project manager(s), project controls personnel, functional managers, and project sponsor with asset allocation, location, receivables, and ensured materials were available so that the project deliverable were on time.

I have over 8 years of experience with the Missouri Army National Guard that gave me experience in the fields of construction, engineering, and computer science. I hold a Bachelors Degree from Southeast Missouri State University. Currently, I am engaged in obtaining my second degree that is in construction management, studying for my Certified Associate in Project Management Certification , and preparing for the launch of my own business.
