Stephanie A. Wolcott is Social Responsibility and Community Outreach Director for Alcoa Foundation. Wolcott develops Alcoa Foundation's global signature programming with an emphasis on environmental sustainability and green entrepreneurship and leads its North American local grant making efforts.

Wolcott has extensive experience in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy and communications. Previously, she served as Global Manager, Corporate Citizenship, for Tyco International, at the time, a $40 billion, diversified corporation. While there, she managed the company's international grant program, created its employee volunteer program and developed a program to reduce water usage in manufacturing facilities.

Most recently, Wolcott served as content director and marketing leader for Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management's KIN Global Summit. The summit convenes global thought leaders from academia, business and government to create public and private partnerships fostering sustainable development and equitable prosperity.

Earlier in her career, Wolcott held communication and marketing management positions with branding and public relations firms, including Edelman Public Relations, one of the top 10 public relations firms in the U.S., and VSA Partners, Inc., a Chicago-based strategic design and branding firm. She has been a guest speaker at Harvard University, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Columbia College and the Net Impact Annual Conference.
