About Paul
I did not see any "agriculture" or "food processing" industry so I used "engineering" as my career is classed as an agricultural engineering discipline in Europe. After discharge from the USNavy Submarine Service in 1973 I earned a BS majoring in Agricultural Science with specialties in grapegrowing and winemaking. I have worked for small vineyard/wine companies as well as one of the largest wine companies in the world. I founded my own company in 1999 and though I have retired, I am still an owner/partner of the company. Had I not travelled to Australia via the USN, I would probably not have been introduced to the wine industry as a profession.
