I have a long career in human resources, but discovered my passion for helping job seekers about four years ago when I began volunteering in a job seeker group. The group was unable to sustain enough volunteers, but I kept helping people one on one. Between my training as a volunteer and my experience as a hiring manager I'm able to help bring a different perspective to many candidates whether it be for resume prep, interviews, cover letters, etc.
