About Curtis
I started my career in the USAF learning telecom and troubleshooting. I spent 3+ years at Cheyenne Mountain AFS in Colorado Springs, also known as NORAD. I enjoy learning more advanced technologies that build on what I already know. I also enjoy sharing what I know with others. I am a ham radio operator and prefer to operate from the tops of mountains I either 4x4 up or hike up. I have a B.S. but I didn't graduate until I was 40. I've been a network engineer at Yahoo! and eventually ran the global network engineering team there. I've worked at two companies that went public but am still living paycheck to paycheck. I have two grandkids and my daughter serves in the ANG.
