Previous Navy enlisted (MMN1), currently a senior leader in one of the fastest growing transportation agencies in the USA, as well as membership on several BODs. I live by 'Committed to inspire others to dream more, learn more, and do more, so that they ultimately become more', and I am a believer in the power of connecting with authenticity and I want to support your goals! Previous roles I have held are Vice President - PNW for a top-10 largest electronic security company, and Senior Manager of Engineering at Washington States largest Utility company. I hold degrees Nuclear Engineering Technology, Civil and Environmental Engineering, and an MBA with a focus in Leadership, Strategy, and maximizing resources.

I am a devoted husband with two children. I am a huge advocate for pragmatic and practical solutions to life's challenges and opportunities.

My passions and hobbies include: Being a present Father to my children; Coaching and refing lacrosse; Chess & Sudoku; anything Outdoors and active - I enjoy running, hiking, road biking, Skiing, and any other activity that gets me and the family out of the house and in the beautiful outdoors; Camping (tent or travel trailer); and reading.

My beliefs include: Self-accountability; Not treading on anyone else; Leaders are Readers; If you put your devoted focus on any goal, it can be achieved; Leaders must know their 'why' as much as their organization's 'why'; Every person has talent and potential, leaders help motivate those to identify and reach that potential; Anyone can be a leader; Givers and Servant leaders are the best leaders, but not everyone understands what it means to be a giver or servant leader; Successful people internalize 'rejection' or 'defeat' as fuel for future success & learn from the experience, and do not put the emotional memory in their 'trunk' as weight to hold them back.
