About Deborah

My main reason for attending college was to ensure that I could have flexibility and opportunity in my career. I wanted to enjoy my work. I was very fortunate to find Human Resources within the Business College at my alma mater Kent State University. Facilitating a match of candidate to position and manager is so invigorating. Helping everyone to realize their maximum potential is my true passion. Within Anthem, Inc. I’ve been fortunate to work in an environment that is constantly changing as we re-evaluate how we can better serve our members and provide value to our organization and the community. Having had multiple family members who served in the military, I’ve been honored to assist in the past at Wright Patterson AFB with mock interviews as part of their TAP program. I am looking forward to opportunities to assist members of the military in their next career search efforts.
