About Bernice
I'm a mother, wife and HR career individual. I served 8 years in the Army reserves. I enjoy watching movies-primarily scary ones. I received my BS degree in Computer Science and a MSM and MS in Management and Business Administration. I am currently the Vice Chair for Diversity Leadership Circle and moving into the Chair position effective 1/1/12018. Providing an impact to my community is of utmost importance to me. Additionally, I serve as a HR Advisor to Families First. I am currently an HR Investigator for Eli Lilly and Company, a fortune 500 pharmaceutical company located in Indianapolis, IN.
