About Myron

I retired from the Army in August 2017 after 27 years and I have been with MGM Resorts ever since. I enjoy working for MGM Resorts because as an organization we share some of the same values I’ve grown accustomed to in my Military career, teamwork, integrity, excellence, and inclusion. This vision and commitment to excellence starts at the top with
our CEO and flows out to all levels.

In my position, I partner with the Director of Diversity and College recruiting to develop processes to optimize attraction, hiring, & retention strategies for Veterans and Military Spouses. Additionally, I partner with other departments like Diversity & Inclusion manage innovative programs, events, and hiring initiatives for Veterans and Military Spouses, while tracking key metrics to measure program effectiveness.
