I am United States Army Veteran achieving the rank of Command Sergeant Major (E9), the highest rank available for non-commissioned officers. I offer proven leadership and project management experience with a well-developed blend of global exposure and risk analysis dealing with complex and diverse organizational environments, operations, and talent development. I possess well-honed interpersonal skills, a perceptive communicator, and comfortable in tenuous situations.
I manage multiple demanding tasks simultaneously by building cohesive teams through engaged mentoring, counseling and candid feedback. I am skilled in obtaining agreements on required actions, schedules and the resolution of conflicting viewpoints concerning program or policy matters.
