Since leaving the military I chose to go back to school and earn a degree in Human Resources and in Organization Development. I also have earned a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership. My goal is to attain a career in the Human Resources field or in Organizational Development. If anyone has some advice for me especially if they are working in the Organizational Development field I would appreciate any advice that anyone is willing to give me.
