I have over 30 years of writing experience. I received my BFA in Broadcast/Film at SMU and began my career in broadcasting...writing and producing commercials. I went back to school and received a Paralegal certification that allowed me to work with legal documentation. I worked with law firms and real estate corporations writing policy and procedure documents. I became a consultant and wrote documentation in the IT, Wireless and real estate industries. My consulting company promoted me to Resource Manager where I supervised over 40 consultants. Wanting to return to writing, I accepted a position with TXU Energy and wrote all of the procedure documents for thier in-house call center. I was promoted to the IT Division and wrote and maintained all of their policy and procedure documents. Promoted again to Records Retention Manager, I now oversee all of the company's records. I have worked with ACP for many years as the Veteran Support Coordinator and a Mentor. I have assisted many returning Vets with resumes and am willing to help other Vets create/update their resumes to reflect what Hiring Managers want to see. Feel free to reach out to me anytime.
