Michael Harrington is a Career Transition Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source (TES). He has been associated with TES since 2002, when he opened an office of The Entrepreneur’s Source in Beverly, MA. Michael works with clients throughout the U.S., providing education and coaching regarding business ownership as a career option. Many of Michael's clients are people in transition with military backgrounds.

The Entrepreneur’s Source, headquartered in Southbury, CT, is a coaching franchise with over 150 offices across the U.S. and Canada. The company is well-known across the world of franchising, has relationships with hundreds of other franchises, and provides no-cost education and coaching to individuals who are exploring business ownership as a new career and/or investment strategy.

Prior to joining TES in 2002, Michael was employed as Vice President of Prince Italian Foods in Saugus, MA for 23 years. During his years at Prince, Michael was a longtime member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, and helped grow Prince, with 700 seats, to become one of the largest independent restaurants in the U.S. He is also one of the founders on Giggles Comedy Club at Prince.

Mr. Harrington is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts/Lowell, where he earned a BS degree in Management. Michael is a Past President of Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce, and was the honored with the Chamber’s inaugural Leslie S. Ray Hall of Fame Award, for his Chamber accomplishments and overall community leadership. He is also an active member of Beverly Rotary Club, where he has been recognized with two Paul Harris Fellowship awards. He is active in North Shore Chamber of Commerce, and also in the New England Franchise Association
