About Marlow H
LT Marlow H. Levy is an active duty, Navy Nurse Corps Officer. He began his naval career as an enlisted member of the Navy Hospital Corps in 1990. He has served in a number of leadership positions in the inpatient and outpatient setting. These include first and second line supervisor, Charge Nurse, Assistant Clinic Manager, and Clinic Manager at both national and international Navy Medical Treatment Facilities. Currently, he is the Human Resource Systems Analyst for the Senior Nurse Executive and Director of Nursing Services at Naval Medical Portsmouth.
LT Levy holds a Master of Science in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia; and an Associate Degree in General Studies from Central Texas College in Killeen, Texas. He is a Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of Florida. Currently, LT Levy is in his second year of the Health Care MBA, at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
His many awards and honors include the Navy Commendation Medal, three Navy Achievement Medals, the Joint Meritorious Unit Commendation, two Navy Meritorious Unit Commendations, three Navy Good Conduct Medals, two National Defense Medals, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and three Humanitarian Service Medals.
