About Robine
I am a military spouse of an Army National Guard Officer who is not active in the service currently but has been a member of the Army National Guard Full-time for the past 25 years.
I have worked in various industries but my true passion is in training and development and in solving organizations problems and helping others. I currently work as a recruiter for a Fortune 500 Company where I work daily with transitioning service members to assist them in training and becoming employed with our company. I possess two Master degrees one in the are of Instructional Design the other in Social Work and most recently earned an Industrial and Organizational Certification. I love what I do currently but also realize that there is no upward mobility in my current career. I am seeking opportunities where I am able to utilize my education but also where I am able to continue learning and helping other organizations and individuals with their challenges with my out of the box thinking!
