About Michael

Yes, may name is Michael and yes, I am a woman. LOL My name confuses people so I thought I would get that out of the way.
I have worked at AT&T since 97 starting out as a Communications Technician on deep nights. As a Comm Tech, I worked with the company switches and then moved into Local Number Portability. I was promoted to a manager in 2001 and have supervised several groups in network operations. I was promoted to Sr-Network Support Manager in 07 and have worked as a core member of staff for the Global Network Provisioning team since then. Global Network Provisioning is a small but specialized group that builds AT&T's infrastructure that all our services run on.
I only have an Associates Degree in Electronics but AT&T has spent thousands on my training over the years and am familiar with both translations and transport.
My biggest passion is serving my Lord Jesus Christ and walking in his light. My other passions are taking care of my family, finding ways to save money and removing caustic chemicals from mine and my family's lives. I am an avid couponer and make most of my personal and cleaning products.
