After serving 30+ years in the US Army, I retired on November 30, 2014. I moved back to South Florida where it all began and now I live in Port Saint Lucie, FL. I took the first five years off for myself to complete my MBA and I graduated May 11, 2019. During the five years, I did other things to keep myself busy and fulfilling by volunteering as a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) for the state of Florida. I also became a Foster Parent but recently I have suspended my license to focus more on getting back into the workforce.
I am a Human Resources Professional and U.S. Army Veteran leveraging 20+ years of proven experience in HR and Administration. Adept at leading teams of 10 and organizations of 200 in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Possess a comprehensive background in operations management, personnel training, employee on-boarding, workforce readiness, and employee awards and evaluations.
