About Richard

Retired after 20 years service. Spent time as a SF medic, then retired as a Blackhawk Pilot. Enjoyed my time leading and mentoring junior officers and enlisted, and teaching and working with teams. Now I am moving into a federal position that provides very little of that. I am looking for information where I can take my passions and put them to work in federal service. I have a BS in Aeronautics and am researching a couple different education paths: Project Management Professional certification and the field of training and development with the HR realm.
