About Nolan

I am a retired USAF Veteran leveraging 23 years of experience in not only the medical field but also in a Combat Command. I took on the role of the lead medic during multiple back to back mass casualties when deployed to Iraq. This experience has given me to perform in an environment under substantial amounts of pressure. As the lead medic the Chief Nurse and Hospital Commander depended on me to be calm in making decisions under pressure. When things go wrong, I fixed the problem using every resource possible just as when the resources are scarce. I worked in trauma teams and individually I would asses the triage field and make the judgement calls. Each task was of critical importance and I stayed with each task until it was done right.
These experiences have heightened my abilities to perform under pressure at the US Pacific Command (USPACOM)where I took on multiple operations roles in logistics, administration, and project/program management roles. At USPACOM I served in uniform and was hired as a Defense Contractor. Collaboratively and Individually, I have maintained multiple programs in operations, human resources, finances, security, and logistics as well as built new programs that established new policies supporting the organization’s operations.
