About Chris

I left the US Army in 2000 after eight years in Aviation, including company command of an AH-64 company. I joined Andersen Consulting, in San Francisco, as my first job out of the military, where I learned a great deal about business. After 4+ years there, I moved to Honeywell, in Phoenix, AZ, where I was exposed to manufacturing, operations management and Lean / Six Sigma. I held a role as plant manager, which afforded me a great opportunity to learn how to run a business. From Honeywell, I took a job with AAI Corporation, in Charleston, South Carolina, as Director of Integrated Supply Chain. In this role, I was managing the operations and manufacturing for three sites, all in different states. From AAI Corporation, I took a job with Composite Engineering Inc., as the Vice President of Quality and Continuous Improvement. It was a privately held company, which sold with 90 days of my arrival. It exposed me to a realignment situation, where we have had many opportunities to make improvements and advancements to its operation. I have held numerous jobs at this company, where I now control not only Quality, but Procurement, Contracts, Operational Excellence and Strategic Planning.
