First and foremost, Thank You! for your service to our country. I appreciate your dedication and sacrifices to guard our homeland and our freedoms!

My name is Rob Walter. I am an Associate Director with around 25 people reporting to me. My team/organization supplements development initiatives within AT&T to deliver technology, services and products for our consumers. some of the projects my team has contributed to are HBO Max, Directv interfaces, iPhone launches among others.

I am a highly motivated, multi-skilled team leader seeking to grow and develop himself and his teams. Dedicated self-starter, driver and innovator. Agile/SAFe practitioner, instructor and coach with add-on experience as a 15-year PMP-certified professional. Well-practiced at adhering to project details, timelines, budgets and product life cycles.

My team is comprised of Software Engineers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Project Managers. I also have a number of years experience working with recent college graduates starting their careers.

I'm used to working in transition and helping others as they transition from one role, job, profession to another. While I don;t have military experience myself, I have coached a number of veterans as they begin civilian life.
