About NIcholas

I have spent my entire career working in private wealth management, brining years of experience in advising clients on all aspects of their financial lives. As a Senior Portfolio Manager at UBS, I oversee portfolio construction and ongoing investment management for clients, which includes manager/strategy review, tactical rebalances, holdings analysis, tax analysis, and making sure client portfolios are reflective of their wishes for risk and return. In this process, I firmly believe in the importance of proper asset allocation, optimizing tax efficiency, and keeping portfolio fees to a minimum.

Prior to joining UBS, I served as Senior Vice President at Lenox Advisors where I served amongst the leadership team within the private wealth management division. I joined the firm in 2009 and was responsible for overseeing many of the firm's most trusted relationships as an investment advisor. Prior to Lenox, I began my career in 2006 at Goldman Sachs' The Ayco Company, where his group focused on investment management for C-suite executives and high net worth families. I graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and Political Science. I hold the Chartered Financial Analyst® and the CFP® designations, as well as FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, and Life & Health Insurance licenses.

Away from the office, I am a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and serve on their Private Wealth Management Committee. Additionally, I serve on the investment committee for St. Ignatius Loyola Parish of New York City, a member of the Cardinal's Appeal Leadership Committee, and volunteer as a mentor for American Corporate Partners, a program that helps veterans transition into the civilian workforce.
