About Pat

Worked 30+ years with Anheuser-Busch working my way up through HR. I joined Oasis Outsourcing 6 years ago and have spent my time working with small to medium sized clients that need assistance with understanding the complexities of employee laws and regulations. I am passionate about HR because I know that if you do it right, your company will see a hard dollar return.

I have a BS in Business Management and a MS in Human Resources. I am also SPHR certified.

I've interviewed hundreds of candidates, developed interview guides and taught hiring and interviewing to many first-line supervisors. I would be happy to help any of our heroes create resumes, learn to or practice interviewing.
