About Caleb
I am in the process of identifying my professional passions and values as I prepare for transition. I am currently most interested in Management Consulting as I believe I can leverage my 9 years of military leadership and management experience to help a variety of companies and government entities solve their hardest problems. The Marine Corps has a tendency to move its intelligence officers to a new job as soon as they really start to get a hang of things. This has taught me to thrive in any environment, rapidly gaining proficiency in a new field by adopting a humble, learning mindset while rolling up my sleeves and slogging through the dirty work to understand processes, policies, and opportunities. Everywhere I go, I study processes and, as I gain understanding, implement improvements to make them more effective and efficient. I have operated in some of the most demanding environments out there, from supporting combat operations in the deserts of Afghanistan to operating on a ship off the coast of various countries around the world. I would love to learn more about the Management Consulting field in addition to other opportunities as I explore my interests and the best fit for my values, passions, skills, and expertise.
I have served 9 years as Marine Corps Intelligence Officer in a variety of billets, from tactical UAV (ie drone) collections in Afghanistan, to serving as the senior intelligence advisor to an infantry battalion commander, and most recently as a branch chief within a counterterrorism mission in the National Security Agency. I am now the Executive Officer for my company, overseeing all administrative, legal, and training matters for a company of about 200 Marines.
