I am Project Executive with over 22 years of experience with setting up shared services for larger corporations. I have MBA in finance and hence able to help small business to understand their basic Cash flows, start up setups, setting up their business organizations. I am managing shared services for Procurement where I am able to generate over 3-6% saving of indirect spends and have been savings over USD 18M last for one of my customer. I have managed a spend of over $278M. I am also working with Mid to large size enterprise on IT Shared services.
