I am a financial executive with more than 30 years experience in finance and accounting roles in plants, divisions and Corporate.
Currently I am doing consulting by the hour where I have pertinent experience. My areas of expertise in acquisitions, divestitures, strategic planning, competitive analysis and industry knowledge have been very beneficial to many clients across a broad spectrum of industries. They include Private Equity, Investment evaluations and vertical integration opportunities.
My background includes: Automotive global manufacturing and distribution at AlliedSignal and CooperStandard Automotive with experience in OE and AM; Aerospace/Defense global manufacturing and distribution at AlliedSignal, Textron and BE Aerospace in OE and AM; Industrial global manufacturing and distribution with AlliedSignal and Textron in polymers, large pumps, industrial controls, power transmission and fluid handling systems; Energy distribution and generation at DTE Energy with experience in regulated electric, natural gas and non-regulated ventures; and Paper Industry at Hammermill Paper with experience in special and technical paper manufacturing and applications. I am also a certified LeanSigma Blackbelt.
