Throughout my career, I have immensely enjoyed taking on HR projects strongly tied to business objectives requiring creative solutions and learning agility. This can be seen in my experience leading the talent acquisition project management workstream of a functional transformation. “Right” answers weren’t always immediately available, and our team had to quickly upskill our data analytics capabilities to clearly and accurately report out on progress.
I've taken advantage of identifying opportunity areas, recommending approaches to address, and successfully executing on them. An example of this includes rolling out an evergreen job shadowing program, to our US Business and consulting with two other organizations to implement their own iterations.
As a professional, I try to bring and inspire energy into what and who I’m working with, strive for a consistent brand that exceeds expectations, continuously learn, and enjoy what I do.
